| Dr. Yash Paul Bhatia |
Dr. Yash Paul Bhatia has been at the forefront of Hospital and Healthcare facility management since 1981. He has to his credit the conceptualization, establishment and management of many prestigious multispeciality and single specialty tertiary care hospitals. In addition he is also serving with distinction in the field of health management.
As former Chairman, Accreditation Committee for National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities and presently as Chairman of Healthcare Committee on National Board for Quality Promotion, he is pioneering the quality revolution in healthcare management and delivery in the country. He is a visiting faculty with many institutes in India, Oslo(Norway) and Abu Dhabi and winner of many national awards.

| Dr. Neeru Bhatia |
Dr. Neeru Bhatia has specialized in the field of Public Health. She has worked from the grass root levels starting from NGO's to the local, state, national and international levels. She has gained experience in national and international programmes by working at National AIDS Control Organization and UNICEF. She has been actively involved in the field of HIV and AIDS with expertise in programme design, implementation and management. She has also been involved with training activities of health care professionals at all levels.
She has a wide experience ranging from policy making, program planning, and designing upto program implementation at the grass root level. Has been involved in the development of training manuals with both National and International organizations. Has expertise in proposal writing for fundraising at the national and international level.

| Group Captain V.N. Seth |
Group Captain V.N. Seth, a graduate of Defense Services Staff College and a former Senior Air Force Officer embraced the challenges of hospital administration from 1986 onwards. In his over 20 years of close association with hospitals, he has been instrumental in the success of Delhi’s two premier hospitals i.e. as an Executive Director for Batra Hospital, the first Super Specialty Tertiary Care 500 bed hospital at New Delhi to have achieved international standards, and subsequently as C.E.O. for Modi Hospital, a proposed 500 bed set up revived under most trying circumstances standing today as another premier facility at New Delhi. He has been closely associated as a Senior Office Bearer with Delhi Voluntary Hospital Forum, a body of 24 prominent hospitals. He has been a Core Committee Member of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) and Indian Health Care Federation (IICF). As an Industry Veteran he is very well known in medical fraternity in India and overseas.
As a member of Team ASTRON, he spearheads Healthcare Human Resource Division apart from providing niche inputs to other Divisions.

Dr. Deepak Goyle has been associated with clinical medicine for about two decades prior to shifting into the field of Hospital and Healthcare Management. His interest is in the field of healthcare facility design and quality in service operations. He has to his credit the conceptualisation and operation of a hospital and stand alone laboratory services. |

| Mr. Arif Raza |
Mr. Raza is a graduate in Occupational Therapy and an MBA in Hospital and Healthcare management from Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur, a leading institution in the field of health management in this country. He is keenly focused towards the area of quality in healthcare. He has additionally undergone training at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow in hospital management and undertook various projects related to hospital and health care quality management and optimization of hospital operations. Some of his projects were related to developing of quality manuals, documentation of SOPs and developing a method of assessment for monitoring the compliance of health care professionals. He has worked at Dharamshila Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, New Delhi. and was the coordinator and executor for the consolidation of ISO certification and subsequently implementation of the accreditation programme of the hospital for accreditation by National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities.

| Mr.Yashendra Singh |
Mr. Yashendra Singh is a Postgraduate in Hospital Management from Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad and graduate in Rehabilitation Services from National Institute for Mentally Handicapped, Secunderabad. He has experience in Health Technology Management, Operations, and Projects & Quality. Having worked in various premium projects, he carries rich experience & knowledge of developing new projects & quality management systems. Max Super Specialty Hospital, Central Hospital & Research Centre, Primus Ortho & Spine Hospital are few projects, in which he had important role to play. He has additionally undergone training at Indian Institute Management, Ahamdabad for Healthcare Quality. Recently He has also completed a post graduate program in Healthcare Quality Management from Harvard School of Public Health. He has his interest in quality tools such as ISO, NABH, and Balance Score Card & Management Training.

| Mr. Rashid Wakil |
Having majored in Life Sciences in 1993, Mr. Wakil has been associated with the social development sector for more than one and a half decade. He has been coordinator of many rural and urban development programmes sponsored by both National and International agencies such as the UNDP, UNICEF, DFID, Andheri Hilfe, European commission IWDP and the DST,. He has immense experience at grass root level and has been associated with various Public Health programmes such as RCH I and II , Food Security Programmes, Thrift and credit programmes, Water and sanitation programmes, and Watershed Development programmes. During the last 6-7 years, he has been actively involved in projects related to Care of elderly, HIV/AIDS, OVC and PPTCT. He has excellent communication and documentation skills and has at least a dozen publications in national and international journals to his credit. He has written 4 chapters in different books and has co authored two books on Interface of Health and Social Sciences. He is a life member of Indian Association of Social Sciences and Health (IASSH).

She has been working in the field of Quality control and management with special focus towards implementation of standards in healthcare facilities. She has past exposure to hospital operations, Inventory management, Patient care services and Human resource management, operational audits in tertiary care hospitals, both in North and South India

Dr V.K. Singh has been associated with hospital management as an administrator, teacher and author. He is currently the president of Academy of Hospital Administrators, NOIDA. He has been involved with the Planning, Operationalising and Management of large tertiary care hospitals and health services in India and abroad. His expertise in telemedicine resulted in establishment of a link between Kashmir and New Delhi for the Armed Forces.
He has been the Chief Medical Officer, United Nations, Cambodia to revamp Hospital and Healthcare system of the country. He has usefully contributed to the national and international health programmes as part of United Nations Organization. |

| Dr. Neeraj Prakash |
Dr Prakash is a Consultant Histopathologist with training in Blood Banking and Stem Cell and Molecular Biology Laboratory management. He has been associated as consultant with Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, New Delhi for over 9 years and has scaled up the department of laboratory medicine over the years to the level of regional reference laboratory and central nodal laboratory for clinical trials.
He has extensive exposure towards operational management of various facets of laboratory services apart from the clinical role he has been performing. He has spearheaded the quality process initiatives for the laboratory and allied services at the hospital. Dr Prakash is presently working on setting up of an advanced biomedical research facilities for a major healthcare facility coming up at New Delhi. |

Dr Anand, a specialist in Internal Medicine and Anaesthesia moved on from Clinical Medicine to manufacturing, marketing and selling high technology medical equipment. He established, and is the CEO of Pulmocare Consultants, a firm that market and sell medical equipment, especially in the critical care field.
He is a consultant to European Companies like EKOM s.r.o. Slovakia for the design and manufacture of medical compressors, and Medin Innovations, Germany, for the design and manufacture of equipments used the field of neonatology. He is also a Clinical Consultant for a number of American and European Companies and is active in training of users for the various equipments used in the Intensive Care Units. |
